Important grouping of silhouettes decended down from the decedent of Colonel Andrew Sinnickson to the Rumsey family of Salem NJ. A couple with the Peale Museum stamp most likely all cut at the same place in Philadelphia in the early 19th century. Andrew Sinnickson was a Colonel in the American Revolutionary War.
