Large utility bowl with unusual form, applied short pedestal and applied foot and pouring spout. 6" diameter 4 1/2" tall. It looks like a mortar but if so it was never used as one there is very little signs of wear on the interier all wear is on the base and rim. Possibly a NE piece?
