Early 19th century if not earlier is this great miniature Betty Lamp only about 2 inche high if you dont add in the hook with the hook its 6" x  1 3/4" deep x 1 1/2" wide. Rarely do these become availble probably because there were never many made. The wooder sander that I used for a stand is not included.
