Large Quaker sampler made in Burlington County sampler in very good condition and color. Stitched by R.D. Busby about 1828.The sampler is in its original Mahogany veneered frame 16” wide,21 1/2” high and about 1 inch thick. I has been remounted on acid free board then reinserted into its original frame. This sampler relates to a rare group a Burlington Co samplers.There are several others known with Pine trees stitched exactly the same also the general lay out or design also relates to a couple of better known Burling samplers.
