18th Century Pen & Ink Hessian Soldiers

Revolutionary war period Pennsylvania or New Jersey pen and ink sketch in period frame. An interesting piece depicting two Hessian soldiers one with a whip smoking a pipe the other with a pony tail, a small dwelling in the background. Frame size 10” x 8 ½” possibly  by John Andre?
