American Glass Patriotic Shield

Possibly made around the time of the American Centennial hanging glass red,white  and blue federal shield mounted in lead with remnants of gold paint. It may be a late as early 1900s but I believe its a bit earlier. A milk glass base with applied red and blue stripes and stars possibly cut back off of the white glass I don’t think its acid etched.13 stars it’s a beauty. Not counting the hanging chain its 10 ½” x 10 ½”
