1860s Peace & Plenty Syrup

Year: Mid 19th century

Weight:0.5 lbs

Hard to find mold and the color is rare. There are several variations of the Peace and Plenty and Frigate syrup usually found  in white milk glass. Mekearin pictures a milk glass whimsy creamer made from this mold attributed to Whitall Tatum in Millville .  Perfect 5 1/2" tall, applied handle with a good impression. Oqaque blue milk glass. I know Whitall Tatum made these but I believe they were also made in New England at Sandwich. Judging from the other examples ive seen thesimple single cut and curl on the handle are indicative of South Jersey. Cool historical piece.
